Design standards

Lighting
Custom lighting installations designed to enhance visibility, ambiance, and customer experience. Track lighting is recommended. Vendors should plan for 2 track lights and 8-12 heads Minimum.

Flooring
RETAIL VENDORS:
Recommended flooring - Laminate Click in from Home Depot/Lowe's/other.
FOOD VENDORS:
We recommend laying plastic or an absorbent pad underneath flooring. This stop oil from seeping in, damaging the plywood. -
finished walls
Finished ply or drywall installation and finishing to create clean, polished interior environments.

Counter
Custom counter fabrication and installation built for efficiency, durability, and visual appeal.

Menu
Menu board design and installation that supports clear communication and brand presentation.

Merchandising
Merchandising fixtures and display solutions created to maximize product visibility and customer engagement. All Vendor merchandise and display must fit inside the footprint of the kiosk - no exceptions.

Tape
Visible tape is not permitted for displaying or hanging any
product. -
signage
Sale signs, handwritten signs, hastily made signs, vinyl signs and laminated signs are not permitted.

Table Cloth
Table clothes are not permitted you should build a counter for your space.

Folding Tables
When hanging ANYTHING on the walls, you MUST find astud, use toggle bolts, or hang a furring strip (from wallstuds). If you hang items directly on the MGO, your products will fall out of the wall.

Exposed Storage
Visible storage of inventory, supplies, or equipment is not permitted within customer-facing areas.

Exposed Wires
Exposed wiring, cables, or electrical components are not permitted and must be properly concealed.

Exposed Cleaning Supplies
Cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance materials must be stored out of public view at all times.

- Sticky Tiles – will damage the floor and you will be fined at end of market season.
