Market Timeline: Thanksgiving - New Years
Market Hours & daily operations:Vendors are expected to be open 7 days/week for the duration of the market. Market hours TBD.
What size Kiosks are available?Columbus Circle Market stalls are roughly 9′10″ wide × 5′10″ deep × 7′10″ tall. 1/2 booths are roughly half as wide with the same depth and height. Booths may be combined to make larger footprints upon approval.
What Criteria gives me the best chance at being accepted into the market?Urbanspace is looking for products that are of high quality & original, brands with visually pleasing Merchandising and design elements, and Vendors with previous experience in high traffic outdoor markets that can show that they are operationally ready to perform. What are the vendor duties? All interior décor, furniture, lighting, and fixtures (subject to Urbanspace approval)
Does the booth come with electricity?Yes! Each vendor booth comes standard with 6 - 120v edison plugs. Additional electricity is available upon request should you have extra power needs.
Food & beverage requirements:Vendors preparing food onsite should be ready to apply for the following permits: H25 (Food Service Establishment - DOHMH) and F04 (Fire Guard Certificate - FDNY). There is no gas or open flame permitted within the market, so all appliances must be electric. A commissary or commercial kitchen is needed to apply for the H25 permit.
